or break you.
People Say
that sticks
and stones
may break my bones
but words
will
never
hurt me.
It’s a butt load of crap.
Words hurt
more
than you
will ever
understand.
They Say it takes
15 positive
comments to
overcome
one negitive.

The world is screwed up.
We have terrible
crude
nicknames
mean things
we say to each other.
And yet, we wonder why the
suicide
and depression
rates are
so high.
And it’s because of words.
Nerd
fatty
ugly
stupid
Its dumb. People
who are
diagnosed with
Depression or anxiety, mental disorders
are told to get over it.
“Its all in your head
Just say its not there.”
It’s not that simple.
Your words have the power to destory
or
create.
Words can be used to help
or harm
build up
or tear down.
Theres this video
called to this day.
Its powerful, but sad.
It makes you feel sick
that people treat other people this way.
It makes you
want
to
change. And that
is what i like.
We need to change.
Please, use your words to help
not hurt.
